These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a binding agreement between Minuteman Lighting, a division of Legacy Exterior Solutions ("Contractor", "we", "us"), and the property owner or authorized agent ("Client", "you") identified in the associated estimate or invoice.
By accepting a quote or scheduling a service with Minuteman Lighting, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Minuteman Lighting agrees to furnish the labor and materials specified in the estimate provided to the Client. We are an authorized installer of the HAVEN® permanent lighting system.
The Client grants Minuteman Lighting the right to take photographs or video of the project property for marketing, portfolio, and social media purposes. We ensure that no personal details (names, house numbers) are prominently displayed without consent. If you wish to opt out, please notify us in writing before installation begins.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kentucky.
Authorization to proceed with the work, whether by written signature, email confirmation, or payment of a deposit, constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

At Minuteman Lighting, a division of Legacy Exterior Solutions, we pride ourselves on delivering premium, custom-fitted permanent lighting solutions. Because our systems are architectural modifications tailored specifically to your home’s dimensions, our return and refund policies are as follows:
Our lighting tracks are custom-measured, cut, and color-matched to fit your specific property. Once materials have been cut or installed, they cannot be returned, restocked, or resold. Therefore, all sales are final upon the commencement of installation.
Labor costs are strictly non-refundable. Our technicians are paid for their time and expertise in installing your system. Once the work is performed, the labor portion of your invoice is considered fully earned and final.
We do not offer cash refunds for defective hardware (lights, controllers, power supplies). instead, defective items are handled under the Manufacturer Warranty provided by HAVEN Lighting.
We encourage all clients to review their lighting design and track color choices carefully before approving the estimate. We do not offer refunds or free re-installations if a client changes their mind regarding the color, placement, or design of the system after the materials have been ordered or installed.
